The Basic Collection Case
We do not get paid until you get paid. Our collection matters are handled on a contingent fee arrangement. Contingency-based collection means that payment for our work is contingent upon our success. When we successfully collect debt, or any portion of it, our fee is based on a percentage of what is collected. Our contingency-based collection efforts are open-ended and relentless. Since we do not get paid until the debt is paid we are highly motivated to pursue all options on every account.
