THE BASIC EVICTION provides all of the legal work and costs associated with the work necessary to get non-paying or non-complying resident out of the property. Including:
- preparation of all court paperwork and assistance drafting eviction notices
- payment of the filing fee and the costs of serving the papers
- all attorney time, including trials (some Firms charge extra for trials)
- the preparation of the writ of restitution and the costs of serving the writ (the Sheriff's fee is the only cost not included)
- legal advice on all eviction and non-eviction services
- value-added services

The Firm does not charge for most trials. The Firm does reserve the right to charge any trial or case if it is complicated, lengthy, or otherwise consumes a substantial amount of time. The Firm always advises and obtains client consent to hourly charges in advance to hourly billing. All invoices are due upon receipt.
